This table displays all the type I PKSs records in this database.
You can use the "All", "Predicted", "Published" button to switch between all PKSs, PKS with predicted pathways and PKSs with pathways reported in published manuscripts.
For "predicted" pathways, you can click the "+" sign to see top 10 most likely pathways for this PKS as predicted by DDAP. The score associated with each predicted pathway indicates how likely this pathway is the true pathway. The score is always a value between 0 and 1.
